The camera was packaged very well and looks very stable. I can't say anything about the functions of the camera because we haven't installed it yet. But I can and would like to say something about customer service. Since we had a few questions about the internet installation , I can only say something about the technical customer service and it's great. If you want to ask a technical customer service something in Germany, you're just on hold :) But Echo (customer service employee at K&F Concept) is just great. He gives technical advice, sends instructional videos, asks if everything works... that's what you want from all customer services. So don't worry if there are any questions, Echo will answer you all, great service! Keep it up!!!
