Sound Quality Amazing!!!!
I was a little worried when I ordered these but turns out it was one of the best purchase ever. They work great and look exactly like the ones in pictures. Amazing sound quality and easy to sync. Love using these for work and gym. Highly recommend!!!

Good product. Not great.
Bought these cameras so I can monitor things around the house while I left for the winter. Great peace of mind being able to see what’s going on at home, monitor the temperature and see who’s coming up the driveway. The picture quality is good however I was expecting a little clearer picture than what I have. Some difficulty reading a large outdoor temperature gauge that’s only 10 feet from the camera. Cannot read a clock across the room with these. A few times I was unable to monitor a room and received a message that the server was down. Not sure who’s problem that was. The talk to feature is almost useless. Overall I’m pretty happy. Set up was pretty easy once I got one up and running the rest were easy. Great value but I think I’d Choise a better picture quality if I could do it over.

Great product and customer service
I got this as a baby shower gift and have been using this now for almost 8 months. Overall, it's a great camera and monitor to keep an eye on baby while he sleeps. It's also worked from a short distance outside. I like that it doesn't require wifi connectivity and that it is easy to adjust settings. I did have an issue about 6 months in when the battery didn't seem to be holding its charge. The troubleshooting steps in the manual and online were easy to follow, and I found out the issue was with the power cord. I have to say, customer service was phenomenal. Highly responsive and they were able to replace my power cord without any hassle! My only pipe-dream suggestion would be to have the ability to hook up two cameras to the monitor so a whole set up wouldn't be needed for another room. Otherwise, highly recommend!

Amazing baby monitor and even better customer serv
Prior to buying the infant optics, I purchased two other brand baby monitors that didn't even last a year. When we had our second child, I was looking into a better quality baby monitor that worked with 2 cameras and found infant optics with top reviews. And we have not been disappointed. It's simple but works amazingly well! The battery life is impressive, the camera quality is great and I love that I can have the scan feature at night so I can hear both my children if they need me. After having this monitor for 17 months, our monitor started to freeze and the customer service was exceptional even though we were over warranty. So on top of a great quality product, their customer service is above and beyond and super responsive and helpful. Now we have a new monitor and I can sleep assured again.

So Impressed
I got these a few hours ago and I am so impressed. I ordered some mounts for them because these are stands. They can't be mounted up anywhere. The picture and sound quality is amazing and I love the 2-way audio feature. It was super easy and quick to set up all 4 cameras around the house and once it got dark, the night vision was better than expected. We had a couple break ins while we were home so we got these with 1 day delivery so we had them set up before the next night and I am so excited. They'll be set up differently once I get the mounts but I attached some pics so you can see. Highly recommend. My husband thinks the stands look cheap. They're exactly as pictured. Super easy to swap into other skins.

Steady and great quality product!
I've already purchased from the company Nexigo before, mainly cameras since the pandemic due to all the calls.Now, I was curious on this specific device, specially since I have owned a few other gorilla pods before and I gotta say they were flaky and shaky by the second use.This one has been rock steady after a week of heavy outdoorsy use, mainly to take pics of the kids, without having to ask a stranger for help.Now, since this was a bit more steady than the one I had before, I got my Sony A5100 with it, and boy I was shocked, it kept steady when added to several objects too.The rubber feeling is great, since most out there are plastic that sucks and is uncomfortable at times. This one makes it easy to use as a selfi stick thanks to the great grip it gets.Totally recommended, specially if you own a small or compact mirrorless cam.

Great Customer Service
We received this monitor as a shower gift. It worked very well and over time, the image quality worsened especially at night. We tried all the hacks you can find online and nothing helped. I contacted customer service. I can't say enough - quick responses and Emma C. was a pleasure to deal with. Despite being past our 1 year warranty, they were able to swap out our cameras for new ones. I just had to pay to send back ours, turn around time was only a couple days (mailed ours out on Saturday and got the new ones Tuesday). The new ones are excellent, picture clear as day. So impressed with their customer service. Battery life on the main unit is sketchy - sometimes it is great and sometimes it is down to one bar or red after only a few minutes of disconnecting from power.

LOVE IT
I love this monitor. I have two cameras, one for each of my children’s rooms and it’s convenient to be able to see both rooms on one parent unit. I have no issues with connectivity which I had weekly when I had the owlet. I had an issue when I first received the product and then again recently. Both times, Sean offered such great service and support - they are SO helpful. I also love that the unit doesn’t connect via wifi. The night vision is great, picture quality too. The unit has great features such as two way sound, night light, music or white noise and more. I do wish that the zoom function could zoom in further if needed but I haven’t needed it much. I love it. Can’t say enough about it. And I switched FROM the owlet!

Great value for your money
**UPDATE**As promised to the customer service - I need to update my review and actually give 5 stars for the prompt response and the resolution.After I tried to update the firmware via a file emailed to me ( Thank you Corrine !) and not actually working one of the cameras did not respond eat all and the other one tried but was not successful.The new units got on their way within 15 mins both of them :)Cams is a really good product built decently - lest hope that any firmware in the future will not mess them up!The customer service will go a long way in my next product purchase and they have shown a really good response !Thank you again GALAYOU____________________________So the price was the hook and I should’ve been smarter and fall for it.It was easy to setup and the video / audio was not badBut the fact that it keeps dropping off the network defeats the purpose.And cant get it restarted remotely ( no network)To bad it looks like it could be a great product
