Customer support is very good
The first camera I received did not work as advertised and I gave a two star rating. I was contacted by the customer support team and they worked with me to try to resolve the issue and eventually sent me a new camera. The new camera works as advertised and is very good given the price. I appreciate the customer service rep, Sherlock, for doing what it takes to make a customer happy. Nice to know there are still folks who stand behind their products.
