Updated review—Great customer service
I am updating a previous review.The vendor saw my review and reached out by email. They sent me a brand new camera. Now that’s customer service.Previous review—Very disappointing. The camera worked fine for a week. Then it stopped. Images said not supported. We had changed NOTHING, so it wasn't us. We switched out the batteries, thinking that was the cause but still says images unsupported.Tried to obtain a refund from Amazon but "after their window".So disappointed.
