Awesome value and versatility.
I ordered the 'K&F Concept 72 Inch Camera Tripod, S211 Transverse Center Column Aluminium Professional DSLR Tripod with 360 Degree Ball Head,Quick Release Plate,Detachable Monopod 10kg Load for Travel and Work' for review and would like to share my thoughts.I had been looking for a tripod with the ability to shoot straight down without the legs getting in the shot and this K&F does the job! I really had my doubts as to the quality of this tripod but after much use (this one has become my main), I am really impressed with the build quality and versatility. It is very stable especially if you hang some weight on the built in hook. It is very easy to brake down and set up. All of the adjustable leg clamps hold tight and seem to be quite durable. Overall this is a great all around tripod and value for the money.

Good smart Lock but the Best customer service
I had a few issues with my lock initally, however after contacting the seller they corrected immediately. I will buy from these folks again, no doubt.

Martin from customer service contacted me after seeing my earlier review. This was the best customer service ever!! So I am updating my review to 5 stars! The issues turned out to be user error of course. Martin walked me thru each one of my cons and now I have the perfect lock!!! Since I still have the tendency to lock myself out and this is now more perfect for that. My auto lock works exactly as it should after Martin showed me how to set it properly! I can now unlock with my phone from my car!Pros...The lock works, ready to use, looks good, easy install.Cons..... In order to unlock with your phone you have to standing close enough to touch the lock, which defeats the purpose of using it.(Fixed) The connection to Alexa doesn't work right most of the time.(Fixed) The auto lock is intermittent.(Fixed)Great company and they care about their product and customers, I will purchase from the again!!!!!THANK YOU MARTIN!
