Stuck on night vision
Love this camera as far as it working but there’s a few problems.1. Some how it’s stuck on night vision and never shows regular color. Even after resetting the device.2. Customer service isn’t good at all. I messaged them about the problem and they never offered to replace the product or help. (Amazon helped me troubleshoot and reset the device but it didn’t fix the issue)3. Whenever you play music it also plays on the handheld monitor which is very loud, inconvenient and annoying.4. I can’t mount it on the wall because it’s zoomed in too much even when put in the top corner of his wall.Other then that it works good for the price. Just wish they would actually help fix the issue I have or replace my monitor.
