Won't connect wifi effor
DEVICE WONT CONNECT ERROR: I loved the product but have a newer Samsung 10 and it wouldn't connect via wifi.I had this similar issues and it resolved this product too. Simply turn off your network and put your phone in airplane mode.Now connect via wifi. After I did this once it connected fine everytime after. Goodluck. Good product but poor instructions and their you tube video is just as bad.

Great speakers great value
They are computer speakers and work well. Keep in mind they connect via USB.

Easy to Install and works great
I love that these communicate on a different frequency than wifi and connect directly to my network via wired hub. They respond quickly when giving Alexa commands and work very well. Getting alerts that I left my lights on is also a great feature. Hopefully someday, they'll have even more types of devices that work with this hub.

works but not the easiest to install.
To start. I struggle to turn on my iPhone so I was a little nervous going into this. After an hour of frustration of thinking i was following directions and trying to connect this via WiFi and there app, I still wasn't able to get this to work, an attempted call to netgear yielded a 2 hour hold, to hell with that. So before I gave up I attempted to try one more attempt with it wired. BINGO! it works....once I established the connection that unit works via WiFi without difficulty, I am using it to stream television in a room away from router. There doesn't seem to being any additional lag, however my best download speed is 15mbps out here in the sticks via satellite.

Good Quality and Perfect for what I was looking fo
This product is fantastic and met my expectations. I highly recommend. Picture and video quality is very good. I'm able to connect it to my tablet/phone via wifi and download photos and videos right away. It came with many accessories as well as a second battery which is fantastic.
