Not worth it.
It looks and feels great on the cam, but the sound quality is sub-par. I thought it would be a pretty good boost in quality or at least with the deadcat on, but not so much. I would rec saving up for a nicer mic. I tried to cut this corner and I still can’t use it for YouTube vids. Also, you need to purchase a 3.5mm adapter cord for a Nikon D3400. I found two for under $10. This cheap mic isn’t really worth it tbh.
