Worked fine for a while, now disconnecting randomly
I have had this headset for a few months and it was working fine. Used for Zoom calls during the 'Rona. Recently, it's been randomly disconnecting from USB. System switches back to internal speaker/mic then switches back to headset (most of the time). I've tried different USB hubs and directly connected to laptop. Problem seems to follow the headset, not the USB port.So, while I didn't spend a ton of money, I need it to be 100% reliable. That's why only 3 stars.
