Crazy contrast
I've now had this camera almost a year and it's time to replace it. It was literally the only one in stock back when the pandemic began. The resolution is razor sharp and everything works--but there is no software that comes with it and you can't adjust its picture except for what little the various applications provide. I've used it on Zoom, Teams, Webex, RingCentral, Skype, and a few others I can't remember. My issue is that it's too bright or too much contrast. I have to close all of the windowshades and block out most light to keep from appearing too faded out. And I end up in a dim room for every call. The slightest amount of light from my shutters appears as a blinding white beam of light, washing out a large area. I have light colored hair and it turns to bright white. I've tried and tried and can't get it to calm down so it's time to get something else.
