Make sure you have allowed the NiView App to push notifications to your mobile device.

A subscription is only needed if you choose to save your recordings to cloud storage. Fees are minimal and may vary depending on your country.

What will happen when the memory card runs out of space?
A
The oldest footage will be overwritten by the latest one. Please back up the important videos timely manner or delete the unnecessary videos to release more space. Alternatively, you can subscribe to a cloud plan.

Where should I install the solar panel?
A
For optimal performance, install the solar panel in an open area with direct sunlight exposure for at least 5 hours a day.
