Please make sure that the power connector is securely plugged in and the power supply provides stable 5V 1A. Issues may occur with unstable voltage or insufficient current.

Why doesn’t the car recorder read the memory card, or why does it sometimes fail to record?
A
Please make sure you're using a high-speed U3 Class 10 memory card from a trusted brand. If not, please replace the card.

Can I control the dash camera through my phone?
A
Absolutely! The dash cam connects via built-in WiFi and works with the “Viidure” app, so you can manage and view your footage right from your smartphone, whether you're on Android or iOS.

Does the dash cam offer parking monitoring?
A
Yes! With Time-Lapse Recording, you can monitor your car while parked for 12/24/48H, recording at 1 frame per second. (Just note, the hardwire kit is required separately for this function!)

Is the videos recorded clear enough?
A
Sure, this dash cam front captures FHD 1080P videos, so you can easily spot important details like road signs and license plates.
