This charger comes with 5V USB input and Micro-USB cable. It can be charged by any device with 5V USB output, such as wall charger or laptop or power bank etc. It's not from 110V or 220V.

Any USB charger will do. As long as it accepts European voltages, your phone charger will work. Super handy if you want to charge while driving.
