I have used the time lapse feature to take thousands of photos to make into a time lapse film. They are saved in several folders on the card, 999 in each one. Check the sd card for several folders. Maybe you are just seeing one of them.

There is a zero (0s) setting, that takes the pic when it sense motion. Just flip the on switch to setup and if I remember right its the very bottom option.

That’s because cold weather is brutal on batteries. We have, over the years, had to replace game camera batteries at least once during deer season. Right now we are having historic cold in Texas. Even low pir may not save your batteries but in normal conditions it’s still a good way to get more use out of them. HTH.

I believe this model takes the standard SD card. I do have one of their models that takes the micro SD but this model is standard SD

The camera requires 8 AA batteries. If you're planning to operate in cold conditions, use Lithium batteries. I really like the camera and have used it to observe game. Be sure to read the set up procedures, I'm fairly familiar and my set up was good. My son in law had difficulty, not getting photos at night until he corrected his set up. I really liked the video, it's very good. Recommend this camera!

It must be defective. Mine worked fine right out of the box. Nothing on the menu allows adjustment of temperature.

This is a recorder and it's not wifi enabled. To view on a phone the SD card with content must be inserted.
