How does this mount? Is the clip spring loaded?

No it isn’t spring loaded but it is tight enough and will hold its position whatever shape you put it to... but the privacy cover will fall down if the camera is pointed downward

Does this camera increase the angle vertically also? I would like to use it to capture more of the vertical angle of view (capture more of height).

You can tilt the camera just so far without it following off the monitor

I use this camera with Zoom. It turns itself on and off periodically. Any suggestions on how to correct this?

If I am not using it I do not keep it plugged in but I have not had an issue with it turning off. I would have a bigger issue if it turned on itself.

Does this camera rotate? Meaning...am I able to spin it around horizontally and have it point at a meeting verses it pointing at myself?

Yes. You can manually rotate the camera to point away from you. It could do 360 degree however the USB cable gets in the way. but 180 degrees is easily done manually.

How do i get the video to work in zoom? i get no picture, and no signal indicator light, but i do see the icon in control panel, device manager, wcm

Have you verified that the camera appears in Zoom under device settings? It should be selectable there.

Does it work with wins hello?

Can the camera be in a different room wired to a computer and still record from the other room?

Yes just be to make sure the cable has the quality you need you adjust the zoom for the camara

1- Does this camera work with zoom virtual background? 2- Will this work if i use it in a vertical orientation clipped on my monitor?

Yes - works with Zoom virtual background. Not exactly sure what you mean by vertical but it does not have a “pressure” mount so it only sits on the top of my monitor and would not hold on the side of the monitor. You’d have to add Velcro or a piece of tape.

Is it autofocus or fixed focus ?

This is fixed focus.
