What it is: Plastic adjustable spring clip mount with a GoPro style camera adapter. Features indexed rotation, GoPro mount with threaded clamp knob, spring loaded phone grip attachment with tripod mount. Includes instructions—camera pictured not included.

- the teeth on the clip aren't too sharp, so that it could potentially damage the backpack, at least not intentionally (see pictures)
- clip seems strong enough that even when jogging lightly the clip doesn't come off
- seems sturdy in itself
- it's actually quite good to have an intermediate strap so that you can stabilize the shoulder strap even better, like with hiking backpacks where you have an extra strap on the chest (do you know what I mean?)
not good:
- the 360° picture suggests that you can rotate the holder flexibly, but I think that just means that you can attach the clip 360° to the strap? (that's obvious, if you look closely at the product pictures you'll see it too... I'm just lazy and just skim over them...)
Conclusion: You can do it.

Super holder for little money
The K&F Concept backpack mount is perfect for all lightweight cameras with the GoPro quick release. It feels sturdy and grips very firmly. The teeth mean it holds very securely on the backpack strap. The relatively fine grid means the camera can be rotated into position very easily.
The cell phone holder is a little less tight. In a horizontal position it holds the phone securely, but in a vertical position I would be worried that the phone would slip out while I was running.

The plastic materials look sturdy and the clamp is strong enough to keep it from moving. The top flap rotates to better orient the camera. If it comes loose, it has a screw to tighten but you need a screwdriver.
In addition to the GoPro clip, there is a support for the phone with a GoPro system and a normal camera thread, but the phone support is not very strong and I don't know if I dare to test if it holds up in motion without falling.
But what is important, the system for the sports camera, is precise and is well anchored, so I give it five stars.

You can't go wrong with the K&F Concept backpack clip for just under 10 euros, it doesn't look particularly well made but it works quite well.

Very practical rotating support for attaching my smartphone to a backpack strap
I was looking for a lightweight mount to film with my phone when I go rollerblading.
This one is super practical because it attaches to one of the backpack straps, and it comes with a clip to hold a phone, in addition to the classic mount for an action camera (which I don't have).
It's good (once everything is set up correctly), because it always films in the direction I'm riding, even if I turn my head, unlike a mount on a helmet.
Be careful, however, to secure your phone properly and make sure it won't slip, for example by adding double-sided tape.
Indeed, the rubber holding the phone is smooth and there is no edge to block the phone, hence a significant risk of falling.
