Perfect for My Podcast!!!
This is an easy setup for recording podcasts or audio books. It has multiple settings for audio pickup (omni, 2-sided, cardioid). One of the buttons on the shaft is pretty self-explanatory for selecting input direction. It's pretty much plug-and-play with your laptop using USB connection. On my macbook I needed to visit my sound settings to opt in on using the mic for audio input. Works with anything the internal mic works for. Works great.

I bought the wrong product. Be Aware that the adaptor is not bi-directional HDMI to VGA is different from VGA to HDMIBe carfull when you order

My favourite
I've had a few cameras now and this one is definitely my favourite. I use it for YouTube videos and it has all the features and functionality that I could ever need. Love the quality of the video and colour even before any editing. I would definitely recommend this camera. Pictures could be better but still great quality.
