Try this first if you don't want to mount one outdoors or in the attic. Works great at 35 miles.
I first tried the RCA Yagi, worked fine, but putting it on the roof or in my crawl space attic was going to be a pain. Tried this one and it worked immediately, just plug and play. No need for the booster. My local stations are about 35 miles away. It gets all of the major networks plus quite a few more. I have it on a wall pointed in roughly the right direction. Didn't need to put it in or near the window. I live in a normal residential area without high buildings around me. You do have to look online to find the direction of your stations. Mine are in the same direction, so that makes it easy. I watched some youtube antenna videos, but didn't really need to.My first time for broadcast digital tv. Wish I'd have tried this first, since I'm over the 30-day window for the RCA. The small digital tv was under $100, so it's nothing special, but getting great pictures. No need for cable, etc. I'll probably cancel netflix since the bulk of the content is way too violent. I'll still have Prime for videos.
