Great budget action cam!
I have only had this action camera for a short time, but so far I am impressed. Overall, the camera takes great pictures and video (as long as you have enough light). If you do find yourself in a low-light situation, the image will still be discernable, but a bit grainy. However, in well-lit areas the quality is great. The camera is well-built and comes with the perfect amount of accessories. The menus can take a bit of time to learn to navigate, but become intuitive once you get used to them. I am very happy with my purchase!

Nice starter set
Great starter set, easy to assemble, no parts missing, carrying bag is ok (not the best) .If you set up legs correctly it does not fall over, if you do have issues use sand bags on feet and make your own large enough for this purpose.The lights provided are NOT bright enough but it’ll get you up and running and they aren’t the worst.Yes you will have to steam backdrops because well.... they do have to be packed to be shipped.Over all I would recommend if you take the time to learn to use it, great for a first set up to familiarize yourself

Great product
So far the camera has been great! Worked out that someone got me the light that attaches to the top. I would recommend this camera if you like anything cool that can be used underwater even! Buy this for someone. Buy it for yourself. Thanks

40D is a classic
This camera was given to me as a gift nearly two years ago and I am still thrilled with it. It replaced a 350D and I have never looked back - the larger body size, picture quality, much improved controls and all around utility make this camera a winner. A friend of mine recently picked up a 50D and I don't have the heart to tell him that I think the 40D is a better deal.This camera was a steal when it was selling at $1300 and the lower prices make this a no brainer. If you want a C sized format, do yourself a favor and get it.

Great starter pack for anyone who wants a variety
Came with everything that was promised in the picture. Some of the bolts don't fit so you have to get some sanding paper and make it work for yourself. Great starter pack for anyone who wants a variety pack of camera gear.

Gimbals excellent
The Osmo Pocket is good for anything you’d want to do with a camera, it has a good picture quality, and the built in screen is big enough to see that you’re composing the shot correctly, even though the monitor show a bigger picture. I like the gimbal, when videoing yourself it keeps track of your face wherever you hold the camera, one thing though move slowly and keep in good light, the sensor loses your face easily, if you’re careful it’s fine.

Updated review
Update: so after my initial review the company reached out to me and offered to send me a replacement unit - free of charge and no questions asked. Outstanding customer service! Once we get the new camera up and running I expect that we will have no issues. Again the customer service and willingness to make it right, really impressed me.We had such high hopes for this camera - but sadly it only worked for about 2 days. The camera freezes constantly. The remote won’t turn off unless you remove the battery. So do yourself a favor, don’t believe all of the “good” reviews and choose another camera. So disappointed!

Great action camera for the price!
Very good entry-level action camera, good quality for the price, very functional and includes a lot of mounts and accessories; everything that you need to start to record yourself. It also works as a webcam as well.
