Great trail camera and very simple for first time users
I've had this out in the field for about two weeks now and have 13000+ photos. (Yes, 13000... it was set on the most sensitive settings and high winds combined with tall grass made for a beautiful time lapse series punctuated by deer, fox, coyotes and the odd porcupine). Oops. However, this setup inadvertently provided a nice test of battery life. After all this, it's only about 1/2 drained! I'm quite happy with the image quality as well.My only, and minor, complaint is the way the images are stored on the SD card. I don't know if this is a camera thing or an SD thing, but every 999 images a new file folder is created and the image naming convention then restarts from "DSCF0001". The end result is that you can end up with multiple photos, often separated by days, with the same file name (albeit in different folders).
