They stand behind they’re product
Had purchased a second camera over the summer for your second baby room. Had no issues with the first one and really enjoyed it’s function and capabilities. Set up the second one and had issue with the night vision kicking in. We did some troubleshooting with the company and when we realized there was an issue with the camera they sent us a replacement no fuss. I really appreciate a company that stands behind they products. I have no complaints with them. Got the new one in 5 days haven’t had an issue since.Only issue I can see is the wifi but that I think has to due with the modem being so far away and can’t blame them for this.

Sometimes feed is a little behind
Easy set up works very good but sometimes slow as in you can walk in front of it live and see what it’s focused on and 30-40 seconds later you are in the picture

Seller stands behind their product
I bought a pair of these on a lightning deal for Christmas for a great price. When we finally opened them up, one of the ear loops was not quite the correct shape and was noticeably different than the other. When we tried to use them, one of them was much looser and would fall off easily.I contacted the seller and they responded quickly and sent out a replacement that does not have the same problem. I was pleasantly surprised at the sound quality of these headphones. They are pretty good. If they last a few years and continue to hold a charge than I'll consider them a great buy. So far with the quick response from the seller I have no regrets.

Rare review from me. First of all this works, the white noise profiles are great and the automatic volume increase triggered by outside noises really works. I didn't write a review at that time because I thought it was all covered.Then it failed???? Just quit working after years of use. Nothing, it just quit. Nothing obviously wrong. Now I missed having it. Something about not knowing how important it was until it was gone. Bad on me.Finally I called for help. The number went directly to assistance and thirty seconds later; Ecotones took my name down and sent me a replacement delivered the very next day ---- no questions asked. I can't tell you how surprised I was at having such outstanding service.

Pranx stands behind there prtoduct.
I ordered these headphones in January of 2021. In September of 2021, I had an issue with the mechanism that extends the headphones. A plastic piece broke. I reported it to the company and there response was immediate. what more can you ask for. I would definitely purchase another pair from them.

Edit: Akaso reached out to me on the broken case latch and made things right. I always thought the camera was great my issue was with the latch. Akaso stands behind their products and I wouldn't hesitate to by from them again. I've updated my review to 5 stars.Waterproof case latch broke after second use. After looking for a replacement case I find it's a common problem. If it wasn't for the latch breaking I'd give it 5 stars.

Hiseeu is standing behind their product
I had 4 years old security system and recently replaced it with the Hiseeu system (5MP).The price was great for the security system that I needed.The customer service is awesome, one of cameras was displaying on the monitor with the bad resolution.I send Hiseeu an email with a picture. They shipped out the replacement camera right away.They are standing behind their product and I have been enjoying the system with the peace of mind.
