The cameras work well at night the spotlight comes on when it detected motion

I love my GoPro! I've had it a year now, and this little thing is the coolest! As a Photographer, and traveling a lot this is a cool gadget. Definitely recommend!

My wife and kids got me these because they hate seeing me use my gaming headset when I'm mowing. These earbubs work like a charm. Comfortable, cancels most of the noise from the lawnmower when my wife calls me. I even use one for when I ride the motorcycle. Best father's day gift I got besides having my kids!

The camera is awesome. Can’t believe the quality and stability of the video. Slow motion function is fantastic and the video quality once again is second to none. Money very well spent and this has to be the number 1 camera when it comes to Below $100 category. Highly recommended!

This was my first action cam so far works great I have been using it for a couple years to record my hunting Adventures. I own two cameras now by the brand and I will probably be a fan for life.It is also compatible with many easy to find accessories.The video quality is quite good the only thing it's missing is a zoom however there is a newer version of the camera that has a zoom.Look at my youtube channel Katyaks for examples of video quality.

 I've found an indoor use for this camera: with my 3 cats doing their evil deeds at night, now I can find out what has been happening and which one is to blame.The camera comes with straps that make it easy to mount it on the cat's tower, most pieces of furniture - you can fasten the camera to the dining room table's leg easily and it creates a nice discrete vantage point.Motion detection features are good and I haven't had any false positives. There is an adjustable buffer that makes sure only the active scenes are recorded - it's a battery-saving feature.Speaking of battery - it would've been nice to have both batteries AND a memory card included with the camera. It took me some time to order these. Ended up using rechargeable batteries (Amazon Basics) and yet to find how long is the battery life.Good advice to the new users: read the manual. There are many setup options, so it takes time. And there are 3 button positions - on - setup - off. Make sure you leave your camera in the "On" setting, it will not capture anything in the "setup" mode.

Amazing quality. Great price. Easy to use. Daytime video in 1440hd is superb. Nighttime video is not good. But it's good enough for my needs. I'm using this as a dash cam in my car. I don't drive much at night so no big deal. Plus it's clear enough to determine fault in a collision. The only bad points are that the battery life I'm getting is only about 25 minutes when I use the wifi mode. And the app UI is not user friendly. If battery life would have been better I would have given 5 stars.
