Good Quality Monocular
This is a good quality monocular. It is easy to focus and has a very clear, wide view. The magnification level is just about right for the size of the objective lens. Objective lens cap is really nice and snaps on firmly. Eyepiece cover is good also, but could be a little tighter fit. Although it is a little large to just put in your pocket on a hike, it makes up for it with a nice soft-case that fits onto your belt. Also the size allows for better grip, easier focus and stability in your hands. I like it!!

Good design, easy to adjust
Good magnification with a large objective lens (great for low ambient light). Adjustments are a lot easier ("tuning knob") than the old style. No issues within blurring, constant adjustments, etc. Would recommend.

Good long lens if you're willing to go completely
I'm old enough to have used manual slr's back in the day, so this doesn't bother me. I was very impressed with Big Mike's Elkectronics excellent instructions that came with the lens. Much better printed support than you usually receive from a seller. It is a slower lens with a smaller objective lens than the much more expensive choices.

Secure fit. Works great.
Perfect fit on the nifty fifty. Spend the extra dough and get a Canon OEM rather than a knock off. There is a latching mechanism on this lens hood that makes it secure on the objective. Very happy with the purchase.

The elastic band can fit large lenses
I attached it on my Swarovski 85mm objective spotting scope lens. It fits very well. It seems to be able to fit even larger lenses.

For the money I love it
It's heavier than I expected but the objective lens is large and the price is very reasonable. For the money I love it.

Objective Lens Cover Problem Solved!
For those looking for a front objective lens cover (which Leica should have provided!!!), the Leupold 20mm cover doesn't work. However, the Butler Creek 02 Eye Flip Open Scope Cover works excellently (1.225"). Try a couple different size rubberbands over the objective lens barrel to give it a snug fit and it won't budge, is watertight, and the rubberband can't be seen. Also it doesn't interfere with the focusing ring.
