Great value. Good quality.
I bought these instead of a small telescope, and I'm very happy with them. The optics are very clear. The build quality seems very good. And the price is right. I can't really ask for much more. If I could, maybe that they be water-proof, instead of 'water-resistant'. I've been using them for some basic stargazing and sightseeing, etc. I'm steady enough to use them without a tripod, but one is recommended for any serious astronomy use. ..One tip if you're not using a tripod. Hold the binoculars at the end of the lenses, not in the middle. They'll be much more steady.

Celestron Skymaster 25x100
The Celestron Skymaster 25x100 binoculars are exceptional with two faults...These faults are not per say a problem with the binoculars...They were not packed very well...Being a precision optical instrument one would think that they would have been packed with utmost care...Due to the lack of the packageing I had to go through the trouble of sending them in and having them collimated...Another experience I did not like dealing with...Celestron was not very easy to deal with and I had to make some well placed threats to get any service... My suggestion would be to please, please, if it is a precision instrument, pack it properly so as to avoid any damage to the optics during transit...Thank you...Jesse

so far everything is in good order. I had no issue
Just received my pair, so far everything is in good order. I had no issue with the optics during the day. its suppose to be clear tonight can't wate to truly try them out. The neck strap is a joke at lest i hope it is. The tripod mount is ok, but i will be replacing it along with my current tripod. so far very pleased. Now these are my first pair of binoculars for astronomy, for the price you really cant beat them.

I ordered the mini-monocular for my son who is in Boy Scouts. This is to accompany him on upcoming hikes and adventures with his troop. He's already carrying it everywhere and is very pleased with it. The weight and size were a big factor in the purchase, and he'll have no problem fitting it into his hiking pack. Space is limited, so a full pair of binoculars isn't a great option. He says the image through the glass is very clear and he likes the lightweight feel.As the purchaser, I thought the price was extremely reasonable and am very happy with the product.My mom was also very impressed and I will order one for her upcoming birthday. She loves watching birds and was able to focus easier and quicker with the mini-monocular than with her regular binoculars. Definitely a great find!

great product. Recommend
Never had this type of binoculars before so I wasn't sure what to expect. They arrived swiftly and well packaged. The chance to photograph what I see was another reason for buying these. They are well made and performance so far has been very good. The only suggestion I would make would be that they include batteries so that you could use them straight out of the box. Would recommend to anyone who wants to view animals at night.
