Very nice monitor clamp to mount stuff pretty much anywhere. One side is the clamp, which has a strong grip, along with rubber pads so you don't scratch your surface. One thing to note is that the thumb screw doesn't synch down when you clamp down. It stays the same width, as more threads just gets exposed.

The magic arm middle section is highly flexible. Loosen up, adjust to pretty much any angle, then tighten for a nice and sturdy grip, and it'll hold your monitor/phone/gopro in place. The rubber bands help with preventing slippage. There's also an extra set of rubber bands that comes in the pack.

The top part is the standard 1/4-20 thread to thumb-twist mount to your accessories. There's also slotted holes if you want that extra leverage to lock down. Two pins help with anti rotation when trying to twist the monitor, as we all do when we know better not to.

The nice thing is that the clamp and magic arm can separate so you can use them independently or with other 1/4"-20 accessories. The clamp has several mounting holes so you can find the right configuration. Two of the top holes have a tiny hex screw to lock down the magic arm, again for anti-twist.

Overall premium feel and build quality.
