Boy, do I wish I could have given this a 4 1/2 star rating. I like it. It's great for grabbing quick pov shots. It's comfortable to wear, even for extended periods of time. The silicone covering is soft, but it grips well and doesn't want to move around on you. I like the quick connect-disconnect arm and it's super strong grab. Once connected, it's not coming loose even if you're bouncing around.The chest strap does keep it from bouncing around if you're doing some cycling or moderate activity, but it's not what I would call comfortable to wear. I usually don't even use the chest strap. I have a chest harness mount that I use for more vigorous activity that's a little more comfortable for extended periods. I like using this for walking footage when I want my hands free. It's quick to put on and take off and I can set it up and go in seconds. It's light weight yet the harness feels very durable and keeps the shape you form it to well. The base that sits against your chest does have a nice little air cushion that makes it more comfortable to wear and provides a buffer between you and a hard piece of plastic.Mine came with a hand strap that I honestly have no idea what they wanted me to use with. A hand strap for my neck strap? Mine also included a 1/4" screw mount that I wasn't impressed with. I have an Action 5 with a Small Rig cage that has a 1/4" mount and this screw mount doesn't adjust up and down to snug tight with my base. My camera is turned to the side almost 45* when tightened down. To make the camera straight means that it's loose and travels side to side. No problem. I have clamp mounts that I use instead of the included 1/4" mount.Other than that, it's a great neck strap that's quick to put on and doesn't have to be slid over my head. I wear glasses and being able to disconnect one arm to put it around my neck makes all the difference for me. It's very safe and secure. No one is going to be able to snatch your camera without taking your neck with it. Super functional, compact and comfortable.
