Good with the right lens/focal distance
I'm happy with this lens filter for the right purpose, with the right equipment. For me, it's not going to be likely to yield good results with wide-angle lenses. It starts to look good closer to 85 mm, so I'll probably not put it on my 35 mm lens again, or try holding it in front of my phone camera.
So if you have it on the right lens, it gives you a fun tri-part split of part of the image. Yay!
Since the case isn't labeled, I've found it convenient to put part of the box info in the case, so you can read it from the outside. That makes picking out the filter you want much easier.
