Almost everything went right.
Compared to the Lowepro 65AW Toploader and the Grams28 shoulder bag, the K&F offers the most space. With the lens hood removed, even the R6 with the monstrous 28-70mm f/2.0 fits inside. A 24-105mm lens also fits easily, and there's even room for a small 50mm.
The quality is impeccable. The other two bags, however, have the advantage of a shoulder pad for more comfortable carrying. What I particularly like is the hard-shell protection, which provides extra impact protection and additional space for batteries, filters, or accessories.
The large opening makes accessing the camera easy. While the design is nice, I would prefer it if the zipper opened on the other side, i.e., towards the body.
These are just minor points I notice because, as a photographer, I've handled quite a few bags. Therefore, to be fair, for €30 the bag is really great in terms of workmanship, storage space and padding.
