Good filter for the price, with a detail that I don't quite understand.
It's a fairly common filter, one of those I used a lot more in the days of analog photography, when it was necessary to carefully consider each exposure to achieve the highest possible quality from the moment I shot it. Nowadays, with current sensors and digital correction, I don't know if it's as necessary as it once was, but it does the job. It works.
As for the packaging, it comes in a hard case and includes a cover, which is a nice touch I appreciate. I've had more expensive filters that came in a less well-packaged package.
I'm giving it five stars because, for the price and what it offers, it does its job. The only thing I don't fully understand is the double thread or what they call the 'anti-slip pattern'. In my own use, I haven't found it to make any substantial difference when applying and removing it.
