What's the best for you
I'm far from being a pro in photography, I shoot as a hobby with a Sony RX10 Mii, so these filters, the polarizer and the variable ND do an excellent job for me. They're not the top of the line, but, for sure, they're also not bottom. The polarizer does its job in cutting reflections, and the ND does a good job in cutting off the quantity of light entering the lens.
The built quality is good, easy to screw them on/off, not to stiff and to to lose when rotating. All in all, in my opinion, a good investment.
