If you wanna attach fd glass to your Panasonic or Olympus camera This is pretty good
Solid steel and plastic has a clicking locking mechanism Not too much to say apart from it works very well better than ones that don’t have clicking mechanisms As it doesn’t slide on its own unlike previous adaptors I have used which is problematic when using heavy lens
