Camera and software are easy enough to setup and install. It has a clear picture and audio.I had a different review before, and left a review with my concerns. I did not reach out to the manufacture. They reached out to ME, after seeing my post here.They offered to replace my camera and apologized I was having issues. They have sent a new camera out and I have not had time to install it yet.Anyone can have an issue at anytime. It is great to see they stand behind their product.Well done.
