I have the camera and video set to highest settings for quality images and video. Day Images are blurry when zooming in and video is just average.Night photo and video always black image or black video with no detail. We are talking pitch black.8/16/21Now the video camera no longer takes video. I formatted the card after last photos and when I accessed the camera today all the same images were on camera and it took no new ones. It was there for a week or more in driveway and between us coming and going and delivery's no images or video. This is the second time video did not record. This thing is a piece of junk. 7 Months old.9/23/21Received an email from "[Important] VIKERI camera after-sales team" today. It was from a Gmail address so I am suspicious if this in in fact the manufacturer (Vikeri) They are offering to send a new camera and want my shipping address. They also included information on how to remove this post from Amazon. It is nice if this in in fact Vikeri that they are making the offer for the free new camera but I am not convinced right now so if Vikeri is watching please let me know it came from you.9/30/21Well well, a company with honor. Young entrepreneur's take notice. I never spoke with them about the issues I just posted here and called it a loss. Well they read the post and sent me a new camera and not at my request. That says a lot.Just for this reason alone I would buy from them again. Any company that takes this kind of proactive action deserves 5 stars alone. Something we do not see often without a big hassle.
