Great lights for an art/painting studio.
As a fine artist, I bought these lights to light my easel in my art studio while painting. I sometimes use one light on my subject matter such as a still life set up for example or a live model, with the other light on my easel and painting surface. As an art instructor, I also use these lights when I video and film my painting demonstrations for my online art classes. I can control the amount of light as well as the color and temperature. I liked them so much that I bought another set for another art studio where I paint. In my first set of lights, the display panel stopped working. Support told me to send back the light and they will replace it for me. They have been very helpful. I would recommend using these lights. Great price, too!

Very versatile and flexible
I am using this in my studio for watercolor painting. It is a perfect size! The really great feature is the different light options- warm, cool, and a sliding dimmer. I love it!

Great for painting miniatures
I use this on my desk to paint historical miniatures, usually 28-32mm and 15mm. I am impressed with the light so far.Pros:1) The arm secures firmly and allows me to move the light illuminate what I am working on, important because I have to changes positions in my chair depending on what I am painting.2) I like the bluer light for detail work and the natural lights for seeing how the figures will actually look in store or gaming conditions (important if you are in a painting competition).3) Light does not give off heat and I can place it close to what I am painting.Cons)1) The light is not on a gimbal that allows movement in all directions. That is spelled out in the listing so just make sure you read how the light can move.2) I use it to paint, so my desk has various stages of clutter. I am not obsessive compulsive but some folks are, so be aware that the light tips a little from where the light connects with the arm to the end of the light. It's like it is weighed down by the light.I would definitely buy this light again

what a great little light
I bought this light for my craft room to do sewing and painting. It is so sleek and functional, I may well move it up to my home office. I highly recommend. p.s. Love the different light modes.

Great light for my painting
I was looking for a light for my easel when i paint. This one worked out wonderfully, much better that my old overhead light which glared. Works for me. And I have another for my reading in bed.

Very good purchase, perfect for my large painting. Even acts as a night light in the hallway.

Easy to assemble
It was very easy for a woman to put together and love the way it has a dimmer. I use it at night to light up a small painting I have

Versatile and bright
I bought this lamp to aid me while doing crafts such as jigsaw puzzles and diamond painting kits. This is the best light I have found for these projects! I love how I can move the light around also.
