I just received my camera yesterday. The setup was pretty easy, but when I left the house I was not able to view the camera. Today I contacted Amcrest support and talked to Raymond. He was able to quickly help update the configuration and answer some additional questions I had. I'm up and running and will continue to test out some of the other unique features of this camera. So far, I'm very pleased.
