Good Earbuds but Excellent Customer Service!!
The earbuds worked good, and the only minor issue was that the volume was a little low for me, but in their defense I needed them for doing chores and running around so there is a fair amount of ambient noise when I use them. When there is less noise around me, the volume is fine so depending on what you need them for they are great earbuds, especially for the price! I also was to give a huge shoutout to Lasuney customer service for their prompt, courteous, and helpful responses. A lot of companies only care about you if you leave them a five star review, but they emailed after my purchase just to check in and see if I was enjoying them or if I had issues. I mentioned the volume and they quickly responded with a few troubleshooting options, and then followed up to see if I had any other issues. I absolutely would buy their products again and I recommend their company!
