Received repackaged item still connected to previous users accounts. Returning.
Purchased new from Amazon. Wasn’t new. Item was out of original packaging. When I powered it up, it was still connected to the previous owners apps like Netflix. Contacted Anker Direct who simply forwarded me to Amazon. Will be returning. For what it’s worth, it’s extremely portable and has a decent speaker. That was about the only positives from this entire experience.
