I love this tripod! I don’t use the remote, just my personal preference, but the rest is wonderful! It’s sturdy, doesn’t just fall over in the wind. The pieces move nicely. I’m very happy with it

Hello, Matt here with Rocket Technology. I recently bought this product from Arkon, and I love using it for livestreams, photos, and youtube videos. This mount is big enough to hold any smartphone, small camera, and some large cameras! It holds my Nikon D40 that I use to take photos with.I was very surprised at the quality of the product when I opened the package, it is super sturdy, and appears to be made of decent quality components. I was surprised because it is only $19.95, and it could definitely compete with some of the more popular name brand items!In the package you will receive the Arkon Tripod, 1 mobile grip smartphone holder, 1 ball adapter, 1 swivel tightening ring, 1 carrying case, and a set of directions explaing how to use the product.Pros--supports anything from small to large smartphones to small to large cameras.-product is made of great quality materials, legs are very stiff and sturdy.-product has a built in level where the camera/phone sits so that you can make sure your pictures remain level.-Legs bend in every direction so that you can mount this tripod, and wrap it around almost anything for a photo.-Bottom of legs are made of a rubber material to keep the tripod from slipping.Cons--Legs are pretty squeaky when moving them, not to big of an issue for me though. (You can hear this in my youtube video on this product.)-Product will tip over if I tried to point my Nikon D40 down for a photo. However, IT IS A TRIPOD MADE FOR PHONES, so don't think it will hold your giant camera pointing down, because it wont. The large cameras will only be able to sit flat on top of the tripod.Overall, I am highly pleased with this product, and I hope to continue using it to record videos and take photos in the future. I would recommend this product to people who blog daily and need a solid iphone tripod to blog with. I will also definitely be doing more reviews of Arkon products in the future!

I am very happy I purchase this tripod at the recommendation of my brother. He loved it during use on a couple short films and gave a glowing recommendation. Initial use I am in love with the fluid drag. Sturdy as hell.

The color of the tripod shown is BLACK in the photos in Amazon. However, I received one in orange color. I hate to return the product because it is nicely built. If there is no mistake in the color, I will give a 5 stars!! Please correct the description in the product page.

I give this a 5 start just for he comfortable that this product is .. I very convince to record videos wherever you what to set up this Tripod it work .. but it come with come the rubber rings damages .. I hope the pay attention to this

I am by no means an expert but this is a big upgrade from my 1990's era vcr tripod. The pictogram instructions are almost useless, but I was finally able to figure all the adjustments out. Seems like an overall good value.

Ich habe mir dieses Tripod zu meinem 4K-Camcorder bestelllt um viele Filmwinkel ausprobieren zu können, da man dieses Tripod wirklich überall montieren kann. Bisher wurde ich auch nicht enttäuscht, außer von der tatsache, dass die Schraube die alles festhalten soll nicht zu 100% funktioniert. Mein Camcorder kommt nichtmal ansatzweise an das Maximalgewicht von 1 Kilogramm ran, dennoch verrutscht er, wenn man ihn in die Seitenlage bringen will. Ich kann nicht sagen, ob das ein allgemeiner Fehler ist und auch bei der Variante mit 3 Kilogramm Traglast passiert, oder ob es einfach an der 1 Kilogramm Variante liegt.Nichtsdestotrotz habe ich viel Freude mit diesem Dreibein, da es einem viel mehr ermöglich als es ein gewöhnliches je könnte, zwar muss man auf die Positionierung des Camcorders aufpassen, damit dieser nicht verrutscht, bei kleineres Kameras, sollte das allerdings kein Problem darstellen.Ich empfehle das Produkt, allen die mit vielen verschiedenen Winkeln und Aufnahemweisen experimentieren möchten, empfehle aber gleichzeitig die teurere 3Kg Variante um besseren halt zu erzielen. Ich würde es wieder kaufen.

Nifty little device. Useful for taking video when iPhone is mounted on the tripod. If you’ve connected with a device, it helps to disconnect it on that device before you try to connect another device. On off switch stops the battery getting wasted.
