While the first set of headphones I received had a defective case, the seller was excellent to work with and sent me a replacement pair of headphones free of charge! The new headphones are excellent. Easily the best audio quality headphones I have ever purchased for under $60. I also appreciate a company that is willing to make amends for manufacturing errors (because, as we all know, mistakes do happen, I just want the company to fix it). An excellent and very responsive customer service (Leon was the representative I worked with). The headphones are fabulous, easily survive getting wet (tested them in the shower and pool, although they are NOT for swimming, mine were not destroyed when I jumped into the pool, so it is comforting knowing they can survive a lot) and have very long battery life. I listen to music with everything I do, so I appreciate a pair that will last me several days before I have to charge the case. The case is also excellent at giving my phone a boost charge in a pinch. While it will not charge my entire phone, I drained my phone on a work Zoom call out of the office and was able to give my phone a boost to hold me over! Great pair of headphones, but what I was more impressed and happy with was the responsiveness, professionalism, and how hard the company worked to resolve my issue...certainly a rare characteristic in my experience! 10/10 recommend.
