It is easy to use and portable for Youtuber. Especially, the joystick is convenient to use. Even if, women bring just one hand.

A great gimbal and great value but if you haven't used one before I suggest boning up on what the functions do and how to do them. The supplied manual leaves a lot to be desired but there are lots of reviews and How To's out there to help

So I'm not a film maker or professional, I just wanted a way to shoot some nice video when out with family and friends. This is a great product and for the price, I couldn't ask for anything more. Some of the more advanced features of the app, like object tracking, were just a little off, particularly where it locks onto the object, it seems to always want to then place the captured part of the picture at the bottom of the frame, re-positioning the camera to do so. This may be a setting that I haven't found. But overall, to grab some video quickly when you're out for the day, it works great. (Samsung Galaxy S9; fits, even with a case on.)

This thing is pure junk, spazzes out and shuts off after a few seconds, made me drop my new S20 ..Sending it back.

I've had this product for about 4 months now. I've been able to easily capture smooth video with ease. The controls are very easy to use to capture the basic smooth video. The advance controls, once learned, gives you flexibility to really get those creative shots you want. If you're having problems there is a video online on youtube that can assist with the breakdown on how to use the device. Customer service are very helpful and respond quickly to the question and issues that may arise. I currently have an iphone 11 Pro MAX which I use with this product. All in all, great product for the price.

Just came back from traveling, in a winter country, used it many many times a day to shoot videos and when you mix it with Ulanzi ananorphic lense, the videos look.like feature film, no joke!! The battery is insanly durable, i fully charged it before my 10 trip, used it often everyday, and it is has juice!!! Great job Moza!! I have not use the app that comes with it, because i used Filmic Pro for my Ulanzi Anamorphic lense.

So far so good- 4 out of 5 because zoom doesnt work great on joystick and i have to manually do it.
