Update: Thanks for Gudsen Support I now have a fully functioning, feature rich MINI. If my experience is any guide you can buy with confidence.Update: The connect issue with this newly released gimbel would apparently be solved with a firmware update. That, alas, requires a connection between phone and gimbel. Based on the professionalism of Gudsen support and their willingness to make things right with their customers I've changed one star to three stars. I hope to add one or two more after phone and gimbel begin communicating.Update: Moza support responded with an information request. I provided the info.Since Moza has no docs beyond the bare basics, I contacted support. They did not respond. No autoresponder, no nothing. Is this another promising device that will failure for lack of vendor support?========My fine new Mini-S is not connecting to my Pixel 3 XL. Please provide help on getting this accomplished.Using the Genie I click the connect button. The camera app comes up but says NO MOZA in the upper left corner.Trying regular Bluetooth pairing I can see the Moza as available but it does not pair.Can this work or must the Mini-S be returned?

I have owned a few gimbals, and this one has a great design. It is lightweight and having the ability to fold it is a definite plus. It comes with a carrying pouch and tripod. The gimbal is easy to use and the Genie App allows you to use a variety of features. This is definitely a good value in my opinion and the price is not bad at all.

This was just announced prior to NAB 2019 and is available now. Fits in a bag similar in size to a pair of head phones. Unit does not automatically fold up if you watch their animation video. While this does not have the wireless charging feature of it's big brother the Mozy Mini, it did come with a 1/8 inch to usb micro cable for android phones. There was no iphone charging cable and not sure if it was missing or not compatible. For $20 more, if you can bear the additional weight and do not need the folding capability, you may opt for the Mozy Mini. Calibration instructions were vague but there is a calibration video online to assist - just search YouTube for Gudsen Mini Me as they are the same instructions for the Minis-S. The grip on the Mini-S is a bit easier to hold than the Mini. I would love to see Gudsen improve this to a rubberized grip. The pressure clamps that hold the phone barely hold my iphone-x with the case. If your case is large, you may want to remove it in order to get the best fit possible. Gudsen was on full display at NAB so there are plenty of camera makers and video equipment companies now using their products. It's tough to beat the price point. The overall build quality was excellent.

Worked great! I’ve used it a few times now, but every time I use it something goes wrong. I’ll be using it and then the arm will give up at random points, I’m surprised my phone hasn’t been broken yet.
