Came on time and packaged nice I’ve charged it up but haven’t been able to use it in a real situation but so far so good all the functionalities work and I can’t wait to give it a try .

I can't upgrade firmware. It gives timeout after 20%. I can't use it with firmware broke so conclusion, tell the developer to do a better job on it.Updated(01-15-2021)Previously I have 1 start because I was having so much issues. Ended up I was too anxious to get things done that I didn't bother to read the instructions carefully. Understand that this is a learning curve. If you think that you will know everything out of the box, you are wrong!I managed to upgrade firmware. Make sure the device is fully charged before doing that.Also, I have issues with gimbal shutting off every 10 seconds..so I had to calibrate with my smartphone attached to it and after that I got it working.End of history, really good device with excellent app and amazing price. I got mine used and came as new!

I bought this in July 2020 before going on summer vacation with family and everything was working fine. Last time I used it was a 3 weeks ago with no problems. Yesterday took out to do some video and event though it showed as being powered up the holding placement for the phone would not stay upright. The motor would shake a little and falls limp and loose. I tried to several times and still the same thing keeps happening.

I’m extremely disappointed. I had so many expectations but the product did not work as expected. It might be broken.

My only complaint is that I cannot change the joystick sensitivity. I also have a Moza Air 2, where I customized the joystick to the slowest-moving setting possible. I never need the camera to move as fast as the Mini-S joystick is set to. So I only use the joystick in advance of filming, never while filming. If I could change the sensitivity the way I can on the Air 2 (or if the sensitivity was already set to move slowly), I would give the Mini-S 5-stars.
