I got this the day before my trip without any experience of how to use it. The instructions that came with the product were non-existent. I thankfully found a video online that helped, but only after a few days on the trip when I had time to sit down. Once it did work, it was very helpful to use while hiking and take photos and videos without losing balance. But I felt like the stabilization was a little off - I'm going to be slightly straightening my videos and pictures

After a couple of time use, one of the three legs got broken. Without the legs functioning properly, this item is use less. I don't know what to do with it. The material and the way of connecting looks very cheaply made.I may contact the seller and see if they solve this issue.

I was really excited when this product arrived. However this product is not good. The calibration only last for a few minutes then I have to spend hours trying to calibrate it back. The app says it needs to update but the screen is cut off and you can't click it the button to upgrade. When trying to charge the device it's hit or miss. sometimes it charges and sometimes it doesn't. As you can see in the photo it's plugged into a charger but not charging. Please provide a replacement product or a refund. If not I'm warning all reader's to NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!

Youre advertising that it works with the iphone 11 pro max but yhat isnt the case. Its a shame people have to go through the whole refund process because of this.

Such an amazing customer service. Better than Apple.This is my second MOZA Mini S. I got it for a trip to Indonesia. After some months travelling the joystick got stuck and the Gimbal became useless.I contacted the brand and they sent me a new one (no question asked) to the country that I was going to travel next!It couldn't be a better solution!THANK YOU SO MUCH!

OMG I love this Gimbal. I am taking college courses in instructional technology and am required to make several videos for class projects. I started out using tripods or hand held shots, but decided to try a Gimbal. It makes all the difference in the world. I’ve also been using it to attend Zoom meetings or chat with family and friends on FaceTime. It comes with a sturdy 3 leg tripod which does a great job of stabilizing the Gimbal while I chat in the video meetings.For the money - the best Gimbal out there. It is very well constructed and high quality. It is easy to set up and use. And the results are amazing.
