Good Unit (& a Small Step Up from the VlogPocket)
I've had this product for about 4 months now. I've been able to easily capture smooth video with ease. The controls are very easy to use to capture the basic smooth video. The advance controls, once learned, gives you flexibility to really get those creative shots you want. If you're having problems there is a video online on youtube that can assist with the breakdown on how to use the device. Customer service are very helpful and respond quickly to the question and issues that may arise. I currently have an iphone 11 Pro MAX which I use with this product. All in all, great product for the price.

Have run these in the past and decided to get rid of the aftermarket hot air intake and reinstall the factory air box with this filter. Fit perfectly in my '99 Sierra Z71 with the 5.3.

Would get 5 stars if setup was easier
I did not give this product 5 stars because I originally had issues setting it up and configuring it to give off good quality image in video calls and stream. After having to look up videos on Youtube about how to configure the camera to look the possible best, I love how the picture looks, but the set up process killed the initial set up for me.

Great deal; actually get loud
These actually get really loud, cancel out noise really well, and are comfortable. I'm pleasantly surprised!

Just get 2 of these and let it surprise you!
I have been using XB12 for a few years now, so I already know what to expect and just upgraded it XB13 for my new home office setup. My use-case is simple and straight forward, need something on the desk to listen to music while working/gaming, and occasional trips to the wilderness, oh and of course the chai sessions on the balcony. It's a perfect companion for these cases.I don't listen to a lot of loud (rock/metal kind) music; it's usually acoustic songs, the kind where you sing along and humm. This thing offers great bass, along with clear and crisp sound. I would highly recommend getting 2 of these for the perfect stereo sound.Just so you know, this is 100% not for your house parties with loud music; if that's what you are looking for, just don't even think about getting this one.

Called Tech to get a qustion answered.
Kenneth SWorks will with my NVR based on initial testing. AMCREST technical support helped with a few configuration questions. So far so good.However, the documentation is rather small type and difficult to read.12 Dec 2022 - Called Lisa at Tech SupportSince the camera will not track vehicles or people, I was checking to see if presets can be used to point the camera based on motion sensors on the property. I was sent an support article that discusses this issue and how to use a Tour to do this in some way. Not sure if it will do what I want, but Tech Support was very good.

First time apartment owners, get this.
I moved into an apartment about two months ago. Lovely place, but my upstairs neighbors make a horrific amount of noise. The only way I can describe the volume is “elephants performing aggressive step aerobics”.This little machine does amazing things to drown out the noise. I sleep so much better with it next to me. I bought this for myself for Christmas, but what I really want for the holiday season is for them to move out.In the meantime, this machine is my trusty sidekick and I love it very much. Highly recommend.

Get this if you like long walks
Love this for everyday walking and podcast use it does have a bug on my phone that makes the volume change randomly

Make sure to get extra batteries
Awesome besides the battery which probably has been sitting for a while and ran out of juice after 10 uses.
