Good Unit (& a Small Step Up from the VlogPocket)
I've had this product for about 4 months now. I've been able to easily capture smooth video with ease. The controls are very easy to use to capture the basic smooth video. The advance controls, once learned, gives you flexibility to really get those creative shots you want. If you're having problems there is a video online on youtube that can assist with the breakdown on how to use the device. Customer service are very helpful and respond quickly to the question and issues that may arise. I currently have an iphone 11 Pro MAX which I use with this product. All in all, great product for the price.
