This was a replacement for another projector that arrived defective - they were out of stock so this was sent instead.I'm really pleased with the picture quality, both brightness and crispness - even in a lit room you could easily see the image. Gaming is going to *ROCK* with this projector - we're just saving up to buy a screen and a ceiling mount!I tried it with a variety of movie formats, mkv, avi, mov and mp4 and it didn't have any trouble with anything I threw at it. I was able to play off of my WD external hard-drive and a microSD card. Try as I might, I haven't been able to get the Miracast to work yet, but I haven't given up yet. I have a Samsung A50 and it should be able to handle it, and I've installed EZMira, the app recommended and I get the wifi set up, but EXMira can't make the final connection for some reason.Sound is pretty impressive for such a small package but exteral sound is still better. Bluetooth is for audio speakers (not video or pictures), and was easy to pair with my Oontz paired speakers but there is a very slight lag when using it bluetooth. If I i stead hook it up via an AUX cable, it is fine. And connected to my Denon receiver.... Wow, it's almost like being in the theater...And the seats aren't even sticky.Has a lightweight backpack to make carrying it easier, but it doesn't really have much of a place for the cords, power-supply, or something like an external hd, so another small bag will be needed, probably, especially if we want to carry a folding screen.If you can snag one with a $100 coupon, I recommend that you give it a try - it is a nice projector.PS - MAKE SURE TO REMOVE THE LENS CAP! If you don't get a picture but it *sounds* like it is working, make sure the cap is off...
