We originally bought the camera to use while we went downhill skiing. Since the snow has not cooperated yet this season we used it in the house and outside just to see how it works. So far so good. The remote works as intended, the images we as expected (nice and clear) and my son is super excited to be heading to the slopes with this. The only thing that I can say negative about the camera is that the external microphone doesn't pick up everything so talking or external noises sometimes can't be heard very well.This is our first action camera so I did have some trouble getting it set up. I called their customer service team and the gal that helped me was very nice. I actually thought my camera was broken and she sent out a new one within a day and I got it in 2 days...and just for reference the camera was not broken...I was pushing the wrong button to turn it on which my son conveniently pointed out. I called their customer service again to rectify the problem that I made and they said to just send it back and we'll call it good. I actually liked the camera so much I was willing to buy this other one for my fiance. It is just so small and handy he wants to use it to hunt with.We will be using it in a couple weeks when we hit the slopes so we'll see how it goes then but for now....this would be a definite repeat buy! And again, if there is a problem their customer service was really easy and friendly. You don't see that with every customer service encounter any more!!
