One good one bad
I bought 2 of these for trail cameras. One stopped working after 2 days. Could not read or write to it. Tried it in other devices. No luck. The other seems fine so far. Amazon is sending replacements. That is good. A little annoying that I have to send both back though when one is working though

Works as advertised.
Works as advertised. My Lenovo laptop had a bad sound card, so the headphone jack was no longer working. I plugged in the BENGOO, Windows took a minute to set up the device, and Presto! my headset was now working! I love this product.

This Headphone set is perfect for working out!!!
This was a gift for my daughter who goes to the gym everyday. She loves the headphones and has thanked me for the gift of them. I will purchase them again. Very satisfied.

GREAT PRODUCT!
This headphone set is still working like a charm! It was a Christmas present to my grandson in 2021, and I am pleasantly surprised that they are still performing. I'm thinking of getting myself one.....and the other grandsons this year!

A nice neat sound system for use at work
We use these devices for zoom calls and also for background music whilst working. The sound quality is reasonably good for a small set of speakers. The additional 3.5mm headphone socket is great when one of the team members wants to listen to something which the rest of us don't.

Easy paring and excellent sound quality.It a very comfortable headphone and very useful people working from home. Convenient to use in both ears.

Great Customer Service!! - Check your sound output
Okay I received one of these and thought the headphone wasn't working. Reordered, got another and it had the same problem. It wasn't working!!! I went to the Seller's information and found an actual Customer Service number where an actual intelligent human helped me sort it out. Turns out on the MAC I needed to go to Preferences >>Sound>>Output and select "USB devise". Then it worked perfectly.

Saved me money!
I bought this when the headphone output on my laptop stopped working. Solid construction, great price, snug fit and clear sound. Can't ask for much more than that.

Amazing
These headphone are great! I can not believe I got these headphone for this price! These are the purple ones. Amazing product that's why I bought one as well for my fiance! The sound is very level and the bass is very smooth.
