Worth every cent!
I bought these as I needed a pair of wireless headphones that didn't leak sound. I also wanted an inexpensive but quality pair. I have a pair of Philips SHP9500 phones and they are excellent but between the cable getting tangled around just about everything on or around the desk. I'd read some mixed reviews of the Bluedio T4S but for $48 thought they were worth a punt. Now, the reason I'm writing this review is that the first album I tried with them was Led Zeppelin, How The West Was Won. Wow!! I was not prepared for how good it sounded. Real punch and a great soundfield. I then tried Led Zeppelin I as it's quite a different beast to HTWWW and it too sounded wonderful. Finally tried the new Sgt Pepper remix release., sweet!!!I was not prepared for how good these phones sound, they are easily the best sounding pair I have and that includes my Sennheiser and Bose phones. I can't recommend them enough.Note: I have had these for just under a week so can't comment on their long-term robustness but they do seem very well made. I have a pair of Bose TriPort phones that I've used for around 8 years. I have always been gentle with them after reading reviews of how fragile they were. I have since bough a replacement pair of ear cushions for them and they are still as good as new so when I read of phones breaking easily I do wonder just how 'gentle' the users actually have been with their phones.Unless you are an audiophile with specific requirements or someone who just wants to hear bass then these may not suit you but for people who want excellent sound quality balanced across the lows, mids and highs I don't think you can go wrong with these.UPDATE: I've been using these headphones for about two weeks now and I can honestly say that they are the best headphones I've ever owned. The sound is phenomenal and for what I paid for them ($48) they are a steal. I mostly listen to Led Zeppelin bootlegs on both iTunes (MP3) and Music Bee (lossless). I use the equaliser on both as bootleg quality varies so much and with that and adjusting the preamp levels I am just blown away by the sound. I don't understand the poor reviews on here as they sound so sweet to me. Anyway, they are definitely worth a punt at under $50.
