Very happy with F2 and excellent customer service.
I received this F2 model from Bluedio customer service free of charge as replacement / fix of model T4 which i purchased.T4 link - Bluedio T4 (Turbine) Active Noise Cancelling Over-ear Swiveling Wireless Bluetooth Headphones with Mic (White)F2 has slightly better sound quality compare to T4, and in my opinion better button arrangement, better look as well.Definitely fix my T4 issue: - No more tight inner over-ear (this one has oval ear-cup according to our ear shape). - No more bluetooth lag when watching video.Excellent customer service team make the purchase experience worry free as they will be there to fix any problem arises.
