I love this Fitness activity tracker!! I have wanted to get a watch, but this is so much more than that.If you are trying to be more health conscious, or health-aware, then this is the fitness tracker for you.I thought I will need help setting this up but after reading the instruction manual, it was pretty easy.All the things that needs to be done are outlined clearly so even for a technology challenged like me, I was able to set it up no problem and without my husbands help.For the functions, I got this activity tracker to help with my weight loss goal and of course to help monitor my health.It tracks my steps, distance, sleep and heart rate. It alerts me when I get a call or text.How cool it is to have a wristband that does all of that! And aside from these important functions, it works as a watch.I haven’t worn a watch in like forever (since I had a cellphone) so it’s great that I have something that does so much more while having an easy access to the time and date.Very sleek design. Love how easy the touch screen is to operate.Had no troubles connecting it to the app.Overall, this fitness tracker does what they said it would do.I love that I can use it without phone and then sync the data collected by the tracker.So even if went out without the phone tracker will collect all the data about my activity and health.
